Flat measurements: Pit to pit 17”, waist 14”. Shoulders across seam to seam about 15.5”. Shoulder to middle of inseam at crotch 31”. Sleeve shoulder to hem 25”. Inseam at crotch 1.75”. Waist to hem of shorts about 13” in front, 14” in back. Hips measured at bottom of pocket opening 19”.

@wiley_brandy Per my daughter it’s a 2-4 but more on the 2 side. The fabric doesn’t stretch and the waist doesn’t have elastic. The front pleats and wrap neckline opening give some room in the bust. This fit her when she was a 2-4 and 5’4-5’5, but she grew taller 5’7 + long waist so the overall length to crotch got tight on her. If in doubt go by the measurements. Hope this helps!
