Lulu’s Ruffle Navy Striped Tie-front mini dress

Re-poshing! It was bought in new condition. Wore 2-3 times and has been washed. In excellent condition and lovely for summer days. Size note: runs quite short. Would recommend for 5’5 and below. I’m selling because I’m 5’6 and I find it short for me. Feel free to send offers!
