NWT Lulu’s Twin Islands Dress. Shift dress, not fitted. Adjustable straps. Hidden side zipper. Royal blue with reg, orange, yellow and green. Pictures don’t do it justice! The colors are bright and beautiful, more accurately shown in stock photos. The lighting in my room doesn’t show it’s true colors.
