Lulu’s Two Toned Ankle Skinny Jeans

These two toned skinny jeans. Purchased from Lulus but they are the brand The Room. Never worn just bought in the wrong size and cannot return. They say they are size Medium but I would say they fit a Small/Medium (measurements are down below). I have wider hips and these don’t fit.
