Gorgeous dress from Lulus. Very lightweight and flowy. 100% rayon, so does wrinkle if prompted. Bright blue with white medallion print. Small V-neck front and deep V in the back. High slit on the left side. Matching braided tie with tassel ends. Unlined. Bought in 2017. Worn no more than 10 times. In excellent condition with no issues.
