Lovely black tulle tiered maxi dress by LuLu’s. This dress was purchased from a Lulu’s pallet sale. It has its makers tag cut on one end, but it is still attached. Zipper up the back. Tulle ruching across the chest and two wide tulle straps that are not adjustable. P2P is 16” across and length approximately 56”. No tears and zipper is working. I took a chance on this one and it’s too big for me. Grab this one up, it’s perfect for an event or vacation.
