Lulu’s black velvet maxi, floor length dress. Size S

Black, floor length maxi dress. Lulu’s brand. V-neck with detailing. *The top has been altered for a smaller fit. I bought this off Poshmark and do not know the details of the alteration but I was able to wear it as a 34C (although it was snug). Would fit a smaller chest well.
