Lulus dress

lightweight woven cotton fabric, with blue and grey stripes, shapes this darling dress that has tying straps, a straight neckline, and a gathered bodice. A banded waist tops a flowy midi skirt with a tiered hem. Hidden side zipper/clasp. Lined to mid-thigh. Just needs to be ironed/steamed as i only worn it once and it sat in my closet for a little.
