NWT size medium. Originally $120… no actual tags were put on the dress but it has original packaging and never worn. *Please note this fabric has no stretch. *Chest measurement while laying with pleats folded is approx 15 1/4 inches. There is a bit of give in the chest as those pleats can fill out more with shape. *Length from shoulder to bottom is approx 60 inches.
