Lulus maxi dress cut outs petite length

maxi length. I had professionally hemmed. I'm 5'3 ..still maxi length. it is double lined .I didn't have the slip hemmed (underneath),I cut that myself because they were going to charge me double price. you cannot notice. beautiful side cut outs .many compliments on this one
