Lulu's navy blue lace skirt M (runs small)

Lulu's navy blue lace overlay skirt in size Medium, but runs small like XS/S in other brands. Measurement across the waist is 13 inches unstretched. Solid color lining is mini-skirt style, with midi flared mermaid lace layer on top. Lace skirt is slightly shorter in the front than the back. Hidden zipper up the back. GUC; significant fuzzing/pilling on the outer layer of the lace (see close photos).
