Lulu’s polka dot spaghetti strap skater dress with tie back

Lulu’s black and white skater dress with spaghetti straps and two ties on the back. Size small with a zipper closer and a hook and eye for extra security. In great condition. A great summer dress! I actually wish I could keep it but it is a little too tight on me now.
