Light weight summer dress from Lulu’s. Cute Swiss dot fabric with floral print- bottom skirt is lined. Sleeve have a small ruffle detail. Zipper back with tie around waist. Low cut in the front. Extra short! But very cute! Only worn once Would definitely say it fits on the smaller side at the waist
