amber_lopez1 @daltonje08 I would be able to ship tomorrow. I do not see this posting anymore on the website so I don't have exact measurements. I'm 5'3 and this dress sits 1.5 inches above my knee. I have a 23 waist if not smaller and I can pull about 1 inch of extra dress on each side. I hope that helps.
