Lulu's smooth seas off the shoulder top

NWT smooth seas blue and white striped off the shoulder top with ties on arms. Crop style made with lightweight woven cotten makes for the perfect summer shirt paired with white Capri pants and sandals. Shirt is really cute but I have a muscular upper body which made the small not fit and they are sold out on Lulu's so I couldn't order another size. 5 star reviews online.
