Luly Yang Couture Lion Fish One-shoulder Dress, Runway. Tiered ruffles. At top of left shoulder, there are 4 long, cascading strands. This is couture & has no size or fabric label. Estimated Size 2-4. Pre-owned very good condition. inside lining has lipstick smudges but they aren’t visible when wearing. One approx. 2" spot on one of the light colored strands that touches the floor; may come out with treatment.
