Isn't the item faulty and not working as you said this from the person you bought it from: maddie6291 I received this today, it beeps at me which I put my arm on and turns green like its ready to go. but the light doesn't go off. I watched a tutorial on it and I'm doing eveything correct but the light isn't flashing.
