Hi, what does the size say on the tag? Also, does it fit smaller and fitted?

@marmol321 The tag reads size Large and the material has some stretch at the waist and can fit a 37 inch waist.

@marmol321 it can fit a smaller person as well. It will look like the picture. That is my twin sister in the picture who typically wears a medium. Either size will be a flowing look because the material at the hip is super stretchy and flowy.
