Dress has two sheer tulle layers. Second layer has silver stars on it with reverse side of stars gold. Can see silver and gold stars coming through. Bottom layer is solid 100% cotton liner with ruffle trim. Dress has shoulder tie. One side of tie is missing pom attachment. See photo.
