Luna Luz Vacation Dress Black with Gradient Skirt Gathered in Balloon Tiers

Extremely comfortable and elegant summer dress with a ballet neckline and full black and white skirt in a gradient pattern that has internal ties to give it a gathered balloon effect. Excellent pre-loved condition. Worn a few times, washed carefully, very little to no fading and ready for a new owner to enjoy. One of the shoulder straps looks like it has fading, but I think it’s just an intentional dye pattern in the fabric.
