A stunning halter style dress by Luna Luz, very high end designer. This dress is Marilyn Monroe style with the halter top and flowy skirt dress. Vintage in GUC. Halter part is soft tee shirt material and skirt portion of dress is cotton/lycra. Laid flat chest =15.5" and has stretch. Length =52". Waist =14" & stretches to 18". Hips =26". Color is maroon.
