nicktak @elshadaim I am 5 ft and the dress is 60 inches in length from the top of the strap to the bottom of the dress so I would be able to wear it with heels or sandals. The waist is a max of 24 inches but is adjustable so I tied it to fit. It’s basically a wrap style dress where there is a button where the V-neck meets and then ties around the waist area. The length from the strap to the waist is 14 inches. Hope that helps but let me know if you have any other questions! 😊
