Lush High-Low CutOut Dress

Beautiful floral print dress. High low with Oval cut out on the back. Its so flirty and cute especially paired with a tan floppy hat and thin belt. hate to see it go. Worn twice. Size small but could fit a Med (it has an elastic waist).
