Lush Small Caroline Button & Tie Front Blouse Light Blue

Never worn, still with tags. There is a small imperfection because the bottom elastic band that goes over the bottom button broke before I even wore it. When you tie the bottom of the shirt, you can't even see the elastic band. It can be snipped off without notice. I've included a picture of the imperfection here. 100% rayon.
