@wolffeyes is this a tight small? When u get the velvet tops from forever 21, a lot of times they fit like more like an xs:(

@lisadtx it's definitely form fitting. The main thing is that it's cropped very high. I'm a 32 bra band size and it fits like a glove. It's not super tight in the shoulders and arms though.
