Worn once. Excellent condition. The 8 buttons on the chest are all functional - to get in and out of it. The shoulder straps are adjustable. A functional pocket on each hip! There is a relatively large cutout on the mid to lower back. Approx measurements are: 13.5" across the waist. There is no elastic / no stretch 26.5" inseam 100% cotton.
