Size M but I’d say runs like a S. Waist is 30 inches, no stretch in the fabric. Length of lining is 15 inches, length of tulle outer skirt is 16.5 inches. Cute tiny polka dot pattern. New with tags. Never worn. Was a Christmas gift for my teenager but she decided not to keep it. Bought at Nordstrom Rack for $39.97. Past the return window.
