This is a light sky blue blouse with a floral pattern. It hits right at the waist with elastic on the bottom to hug your hips. Across the back of the blouse has a sheer fabric (across the back shoulders). There is a tie front at the chest. There are lots of details to make this blouse unique. @kimatharris It hits me at my waist. I’m 5’1”. *Does not show the tummy.* The only way it may show some skin is if you were wearing “super low rise” style jeans.
