Luv 2 Luv Black Lined Lace Skirt

NWT. This skirt is 100% Cotton. It is made in India. Size Medium. The top of the skirt is a plain black cotton. the top 2.5" to 3", followed by an 8" tier of Lace. There are 3 parts to the skirt - the plain black cotton fabric waistband, and 2 tiers of lace - the top one is 8" inches long and the bottom and final one measures 10" at it's shortest, and 19" at it's longest peak. This skirt reminds me of the ponchos my mother crocheted for us when we were kids. Last but not least there is a lace border with tassels, this piece of adornment adds another 2.5" inches to the skirt. Hand wash separately in cold water. Dry Clean Recommended. (Or just buy one of those Dry Clean in the Dryer Kits, it will save you heaps of money). The waist measures 12.5" inches across laid flat and not stretched. Stretched out you can extend it to 22" inches - again laid flat. These skirts are usually one of a kind, and were made to order, by using your measurements.
