It has a stitched in mushroom design. It comes with a card case (about 5 inches across) that hangs on the purse. The strap is adjustable. It can go as long as about 22 inches and as short as about 11.5 inches. ⚠️ The back edge of the card case has some pink discoloration. The second picture shows it. I've never used the purse, so it may have come like that from the factory.
