Luv Luv Peplum Top 

This is a black Luv Luv v-neck, peplum top with an elastic band under the chest. This top measures 17.25 inches from armpit to armpit and 28 inches from shoulder to hem. This top is preloved with some minor hem unraveling that has been pictured and slight fabric piling.
