Lux De Ville Anchor Handbag

Black & white, vinyl/patent leather Lux De Ville handbag with silver kiss lock and silver ALL CAPS (vintage) name plate and anchor detail. Inside lining is leopard with small inside zipper pocket. New with tag, vinyl is in new Xo diction, no cracks or peeling, totally unused with original plastic still on handles, just stored in a box with other purses for a few years with and there is some dust or something on the bottom of the bag in the last photo.
