Cute Lux Brand 3/4 Flowy Top from Urban Outfitters - Deep V for some cleavage or wear a cami! It’s elastic under the bust and then flows out around the waist but ties in the back for form fitting. So cute and versatile. Has a few small tears in seam, I will probably sew it and re-sell for more if nobody scoops it!
