Vintage Lux de Ville brand dome shape/bowling bag shape handbag. Lux De Ville is known for their vintage inspired bags - this style is (currently) no longer made. This bag has had a lot of love over the years - there is wear on the handles, scuff marks in various spots on exterior, and the zipper needs repaired as you can see in the photo. Interior of bag is faded and could use a good cleaning. There are two interior slip pockets, one zipper pocket, and the metallic mint area on the outside of the bag serves as a large exterior pocket.
