Lux size small black modal cotton layering dress

Excellent condition - black - made by lux, purchased at Urban Outfitters - super soft Modal Cotton. Deep V-neck, great to layer. Belt loops on each side but does not come with belt. Approx measurements when laid flat - keep in mind it is stretchy - across waist 13", from elastic waist to bottom hem of skirt - 24.5"
