Luxe Polka Dot Mesh Overlay Skirt

This skirt features large velvet polka dots on sheer mesh over a solid black fabric layer. It is flowy with a wide elastic waist band. The models in the photos are tall, the skirt would be a midi skirt on someone tall but it is almost full length on me (5' 6"). Measurements are provided in the photos. This item is new with tags.
