Luxology Ditsy Floral Print Dress Large new/no tags

I love this dress, but it doesn’t fit me right. V neck, semi open back, smocking at sleeves & has a sash. Measurements laid flat- chest, pit to pit = 20” elastic waist = 17” stretched & the length from shoulder seam to hem is 42”
