Luxurious Red corset with Floral Pattern says 4xl but fit more like 18 or xl

It came from china said 4xl but fit more like 18 or xl or maybe 1plus if loosen out. Each panel at the largest is 19.5” the expansion is 4” which give a bit larger if needed
