harlie19 @july2011 Hi, there is no closure on it. A p-p 20, would best fit a M. A 21" would best fit a Large. Actually, the color I have is a little different. It is more navy, Grey & Burgundy. I will send a pic shortly. My apologies, I opened the package & noticed the difference.

harlie19 @alinaswong Hi, from the collar in the back to Hem is apprx. 51". from front of collar to Hem is approx. 53" because the from Hem is on an angle. Thank you for your interest.
