I am looking for a long velvet skirt made of 90% polyester/10% spandex. I also need the flat UN-stretched waistband to measure somewhere between 14" - 15". Can you please tell me if this skirt meets these 2 requirements? Thank you.

I'm not willing to pay your asking price on this skirt not knowing for sure what I'm getting. (For months you've failed to reply to my questions.) FYI, 2 VERY similar velvet skirts are being sold on Postmark. Your first/top photo (GAP's photo you borrowed) is made of 90% poly + 10% spandex/elastine. However, the non-GAP photos you've posted appear more like the 100% poly version of this style, which I do not like. Please confirm that this is the poly + spandex skirt, & I will purchase it.
