Luxury cotton duvet cover with 2/shams Full/Queen

Mirabello made in Italy paisley duvet with two shams. No fading, or stains. There are two small holes shown in pictures (with the domes next to them to show for size.) I hand sewed the one, and upon going over the fabric, I found the second. Very hard to see with the intricate print. The colors are shades of sage green, a grayish blue and accents of yellow. 100%cotton measuring approximately 81”x81”.
