Luxxel High Neck Cocktail Dress

This high neck/open back cocktail dress was one of my favorites but sadly it no longer fits me. :( I wore it a couple of times to some weddings/galas but it is still in great condition (basically brand new) I received so many compliments in this dress with the vibrant red color and if you spin, the dress twirls with you!
