Lyss Lou Blue Dress. Size small but is more like a medium. The length is perfect for spring and summer. Has a cowl type neckline. Arm holes are bigger than average. Looks great with leggings and a cardigan in the winter. Tag states to hand wash. I've used the delicate cycle instead. Dress is in great condition with no visible flaws.
