If you normally wear a medium in a blazer/40R it should be fine bc the M151 New York runs smaller in my opinion.

You will not believe how many Blazers/Sport Coats you could sell with a tad more info. With just a yard stick! I had a well-known Seller who shrugged and then made a ton of sells.
