M 1970s Lisa II Vintage print dress lace collar

This dress has got to be one of my favorites. 1970s Vintage Lisa II multicolored abstract print silky polyester flutter sleeved dress. Elastic waistband Has the most charming and unexpected ecru lace collar which closes with a button in the back. Bodice is lined, skirt is not. Condition. Excellent. No flaws to note. Tag says size S Measurements: Shoulder to shoulder: 15” Bust: 36” Waist: elastic 25”—35” comfortably Hips: 40” Length shoulder to hem: 42”
