M. Black shift dress!

This dress (size medium) has an elastic band around the waist to accommodate many sizes. It is a midi length, but is great for late summer and to transition to fall. The material is breathable, but it does have a heaviness to it so it won't blow up with wind or anything like that. Very well made!
