Shoe is 41 but runs small.
M. Gemi always runs a bit small; the intent is to mold the shoe leather to your foot with wear. I think this shoe would fit well to a person sized 8.5-9.

@jenkabob These do run small, the material is meant to form to your feet over time but these are still a bit too tight for me and I normally wear a 9.5. I would suggest these for people who wear 8.5 to a true 9.
