M.& Kyoko Lagenlook Textured Midi Skirt Made in Japan NWT Size Medium

This skirt Id assume is pretty rare! The waist measures 12 inches across but it has quite a bit of stretch so I’d say this is a size small-medium. It seems pieces from this brand retail from 300-700 or more so I’m unsure where to price such a unique piece. Size F in Japanese converts to a US medium, skirt is new with tags.
