M Navy dress with embroidered detail.

This beautiful navy dress never got to live it’s moment it deserved. I bought it as a back up dress but it was too formal for the event I was going to. It has beautiful embroidery detail that is great for the cool months. The sleeves are quarter length with elastic ends to give you the flowy puffy sleeve affect. The string that is missing from when I purchased is a tassel that is supposed to be on the front neck line. I actually disliked the tassel that was on the other dresses in the store so definitely not a missing piece. It ties in at the waist nicely with elastic band on the waist line. It gives a slimming affect. Very classy dress and deserves it’s moment. Smoke free home. Never worn. Open to offers
