the inseam is 24 3/4. the waist is 14" fully stretched but it's hard to gauge how hard to stretch it. I can tell you i am a size 6 and the waist is too small on me. And I usually buy size 28 jeans. So i think if you are a 26 or 27 in jeans that would be better. I have another pair of these in black for some reason that fabric ran a bit differently and waist was roomier. Hope this helps.
